Our Process

We begin with a moulding design or template

Once generated, our Powermat 1000 computerized moulder, equipped with a powerlock tool system, produces a precision design to exact dimensions of your area. Once your moulding is perfect, it goes to the Rondamat 960-E grinding machine. Using only the most advanced computer technology, our machine is able to produce your design with an unmatched attention to quality and detail, so much so that the radial and axial values are measured to the nearest 1,000th prior to completion.
